Welcome to the Apshawa Media
Center. More than 350 students in grades Kindergarten through six come
to the Media Center each week for one or two 35 minute periods. They
check out books and/or have a lesson in literature appreciation or library
research skills. We have a Board approved library skills curriculum
that progresses through the grade levels.
The links on this page can help students with research
and class assignments. In addition to using Internet sources, remember
to check print resources as well. Books, encyclopedias, almanacs,
dictionaries, and atlases have a wealth of information and are often faster
than using the Internet. |
