RULES DISSEMINATION
The Superintendent of Schools is directed to establish and maintain an orderly plan for preserving and making accessible the policies adopted by the Board of Education and the administrative rules and regulations needed to put them into effect.
Accessibility means that all Board members, members of the administrative staff, and individual schools shall have a copy of Board policies and administrative rules. This policy does not preclude the same information being made available to members of the community.
