LIABILITY INSURANCE
The West Milford School District carries liability insurance and excess liability insurance in accordance with the state law, under the terms of which all employees and members of the West Milford Board of Education are protected from financial loss arising out of any claim, demand, suit or judgment by reason of alleged negligence or other act resulting in accidental bodily injury to any person or in property damage within or without the school buildings, provided such person at the time of the accident, injury, or damage was acting in the discharge of his duties within the scope of his office, position or employment and/or under the direction of the Board.
Employee Bonds
All district employees who handle funds shall be covered under a blanket fidelity bond.
