TRANSPORTATION: PARENTS AS DRIVERS
Parents may be retained on a "for hire" basis by the West Milford Board of Education to drive only his/her child to a school as prescribed by NJAC 6:21-10.3.
The parent may drive a Board vehicle with a capacity of less than six pupils without possessing a school bus driver's license or undergoing health examination prescribed for employees of the Board.
A parent driving a vehicle with a capacity of more than six pupils must possess a school bus driver's license.
