HIRING OR PROMOTION OF PERSONNEL
The West Milford Board of Education emphasizes a policy of selecting the most
qualified person for each vacancy. All openings for new or existing positions
and positions paying salary differentials shall be adequately publicized in
every school, posted on the school district’s website and NJHIRE.com or its
equivalent, and all qualified personnel shall be given equal opportunity to make
application for such positions.
Administration of this policy shall be consistent with terms and current
employee agreements included herein.
