PERSONNEL SEPARATION
All non-tenured employees will be notified before May 15th of non-re-employment and may request a statement of reasons prior to May 31st.
Upon request, the individual employee shall be entitled to an informal hearing limited to the statement of reasons during the month of June before the West Milford Board of Education or its designee. The Board shall not be liable to the Grievance Procedure for any actions arising from the informal hearing.
