NON-PUBLIC SCHOOL PUPILS
New Jersey statute and regulations of the State Board of Education require the West Milford Board of Education to provide certain services and supplies to those New Jersey children whose parents/guardians enroll them in non-public schools within the confines of the district. Out-of-state pupils enrolled in non-public schools within the district are not included.
Therefore, the Superintendent of Schools shall provide for the development of rules, regulations, and procedures for the efficient and economical delivery of such services and supplies as are mandated by law. Wherever possible, already existing means and procedures for delivering those same supplies and services to the pupils attending the district's public schools shall be utilized.
All requirements of federal law shall be followed, particularly those addressed in provision of Federal grants.
