BYLAWS OF THE BOARD
BOARD ATTORNEY: DUTIES AND SERVICES
The Board Attorney shall be appointed annually and his compensation shall be fixed by the Board of Education. He shall serve as legal advisor to the Board whenever such aid is needed.
The Board Attorney shall be responsible for working with the Superintendent and School Business Administrator/ Board Secretary to prepare the necessary legal documents related to the efficient operation of the school district.
