SECTION: BYLAWS OF THE BOARD
QUORUM
A majority of the members of the Board of Education shall constitute a quorum. The affirmative vote of a majority of those members voting on any question at any meeting having a quorum shall be considered sufficient for adoption except for actions required otherwise by law.
