SECTION: BYLAWS OF THE BOARD
PETITIONS AND REQUESTS OF THE PUBLIC
All regular, special or adjourned meetings shall be limited to the completion of official business and motions on the floor prior to ll p.m. Unfinished items shall be taken up at an adjourned meeting to be called by the chairman within two days unless this date falls on a legal holiday.
Members of the public shall have the right to speak as per the yearly adopted resolution--Conduct of Meetings.
