DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE

"Children are like wet cement; anything that falls on them leaves an impression."

The above anonymous quote captures my philosophy of education; the importance of having our students experience a positive and rewarding education   I am fortunate to work with all staff, students and their supportive parents.  The Office of Special Services oversees West Milford’s special education department, Nursing, Home Instruction and Homeless programs.  I am a firm believer that all students can learn; they just may need to learn differently.

Our special needs students are offered a continuum of services, as well as research based multi-sensory programs in the least restrictive environment.

I welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you for the benefit of our children.

SPECIAL SERVICES CORNER:  This is the place to learn about our programs, news and upcoming events.  Be sure to check back periodically so you are kept informed.
