September 2020 registration is currently open to West Milford District children who are 3 years of age on or before October 1, 2020 and are toilet trained. *Space is limited.

What are the costs?

Total Tuition cost is $3,000.00 per year and transportation is offered by the district to every student at no additional cost.

An initial $300.00 non-refundable deposit must be submitted with the return of your contract following acceptance. (Please see the application process for further details) 

Application Process

1. Submit your application to the Office of Special Services, no later than Friday, March 20, 2020 to be part of the 2020-2021 Lottery Drawing. Applications can be found at on the Special Services Inclusion Preschool Homepage. A money deposit is not necessary with application.

2. The 2020-2021 Lottery Drawing will occur Monday, March 23, 2020.

3. Parents will be informed by March 27, 2020.


 Student Acceptance

All contracts and $300.00 non-refundable deposits are due to the Board of Education Office no later than Friday, April 24, 2020.

Upon acceptance, all students must be registered in the district.  All registration forms and health records must be completed online at and brought to your student’s attending school by Friday, June 12, 2020. An appointment is necessary.  These forms are located on this website under For Families tab/Parent Resources/Registration Information. Please Note: Students will not be permitted to start school without all proper documentation.

The Inclusion Preschool Program runs 5 days per week (M, T, W, Th, and F). It is a half day program held from 8:30am to 11:10am each day. Please note all preschool programs will be at Maple Road Elementary School for school year 2020-2021.
