Nursing Services
Our school nursing services provide students with compassionate, accessible care throughout their school day. We believe that supporting a student’s health means caring for the whole person—not just their physical needs, but their emotional and mental well-being as well.
Our nurses strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where students can receive professional medical support, ask questions, and feel comfortable discussing concerns that may affect their ability to learn and thrive.
Our nursing services can support students with:
Everyday health needs — First aid, illness assessment, medication support, and ongoing health monitoring.
Chronic health conditions — Helping students safely manage conditions and stay engaged in school.
Emotional well-being — Providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space for students experiencing emotional challenges.
Health education — Teaching students about healthy habits, personal wellness, nutrition, hygiene, and making informed health decisions.
Student advocacy — Working with students, families, teachers, counselors, and other professionals to help ensure each student’s needs are understood and supported.
Early support and connection — Recognizing when a student may need additional assistance and helping connect them with appropriate school or community resources.
We strive to make the health office more than a place students visit when they are sick. It is a place where students can feel heard, respected, and supported.
When students feel physically healthy and emotionally supported, they are better positioned to learn, participate, build meaningful relationships, and reach their potential.
